Happy Place Pics: stress and anxiety are toxic

Last night around the dinner table we had a discussion with my youngest daughter about old pictures of us when we were younger. My girlfriend, ML, brought out her old student ID cards from Jr High, High school college and expired drivers licenses...

I shared pictures with my daughter of her in her younger days. (She is 13 now). Made me pretty happy.

Hunting Wife's work happy place..........

This country is always happy - regardless of our issues....
Two old news MFWP Madison/Gallatin Drainage fisheries grunts - 60 years combined experience surveying this country.
Standing just north of Echo Peak (Taylor Hilgards) above Sunset Lake in the Hilgard Basin. 'Bout 9 miles in, just under 11000', Blue Paradise Lake to the right.
At the time, Sunset had the nicest Cutts in the Hilgard Basin. But a lake nearby had eye-popping Yellowstone Cutt toads;).........
Skyline Ridge in the distance, YNP out further. Big Sky above.
Spent the better part of an August week in there that particular survey.
Givin' up pretty exact description location of a great Western goat hunting honey hole. .......To the avg. guy who packs out 9 miles up and over an October Taylor/Hilgard type scenario:). Bear spray's a good idea.
Cascade Lakes above Lava Lake in MT's Spanish Peaks is my nemesis. Surveyed all 90+ alpine akes in my area except those. Now, bucket list.............................................................................................................

Graduate research in the Missouri Breaks. I killed a good number of rattlers that summer. Probably screwed up someone else's snake research, ha. Great summer trucking around and living in a Suburban. Wagon wheels at the Dash Inn every time coming and going...
