I have my bear at the taxidermist currently and have decided on a half mount. Anyone have any unique poses or poses they like on a half mount? I'm not real sure on what I want. Thanks.

You saw it again after it was dead! Good times.Dave, I think I saw that bear once or twice when he was still alive?
I picked that pose because my bear wasn't a big one and it showed off the blaze the best. To me.Never understood those swiping paw mounts. To each their own but the more natural the better. That one posed by Avid is very nice.
I get it, to each their own. For me, bears only make that pose in our imagination. Or when they eat cocaine apparently.I picked that pose because my bear wasn't a big one and it showed off the blaze the best. To me.
Oh buddy, there was a deep dive exposé on Cocaine Bear and some people in the Commonwealth were *not* happy: https://www.wave3.com/2023/03/10/wa...aine-wave-answers-questions-behind-new-movie/I get it, to each their own. Me looking for service on my phone when I’m bored of glassing.Maybe something like this with yer bear eating an apple. I was laughing my rear off when he plopped down and started munching View attachment 302047
I had the same thoughts. I couldn't tell if it was growling or waving to his boyfriend. In all seriousness I think the growling paws up often doesn’t come out well.
Me, I'd have the taxi add some habitat and do something like this…

I agree. I'm looking at a closed mouth and paws down most likely.I get it, to each their own. For me, bears only make that pose in our imagination. Or when they eat cocaine apparently.
Nope ... he's looking at his cell phone.Maybe something like this with yer bear eating an apple. I was laughing my rear off when he plopped down and started munching View attachment 302047
