Gun Case

I have had a Kolpin gun case that has done the job but am in need of another double scoped rifle case that will hold up to airline travel and proctect the rifles. Which ones have any of you used or are using? With the new airline charges ect what would be the one to get nowadays without breaking the bank.

NHY... Yeah I am trying to decide between the Pelican or the Cabelas Bullet Proof case. Kind of leaning torwards the bullet proof so looking for some hands on reviews if any have these two cases. Thanks

I have peli cases for cameras, and they are great. Light, sturdy and can be customized so the foam fits what you are carrying.

I do have the bullet proof Cabela's airline case. It is close to bullet proof, but the Samsonite Gorilla at the Fairbanks airport did manage to put a dimple in it. And, it does weight more than whatevr you are going to put in it. But, it has worked well.

Probably can't go wrong with either one of them.

RR, I'd recommend the Cabela's bulletproof...it's what I've got (double gun) for heavy duty transport and I've never had a problem with it. It locks so there's no worry about someone getting inside.

Thanks for the input.. Leaning towards the bullet proof 2 gun with the wheels and the platform for the bag.
