I got my ordeal hashed out thanks to a member of this forum who had proper contacts that had common sense and listened to common sense.
No. Tag and points return. Total unit closure. Hell i used 16 points...... They better return themHell yeah. Hunt back on then?
Look at other sites as well. ATF, HUD, just to name a few.Guess the Hatch Act is out the window.
And from what I hear is currently ran by a commander that prefers there not be hunting on it.This isn’t a National Wildlife Refuge though. Fort Carson belongs to and is controlled by the Army.
It's a fuggin embarrassment, all of itI steer as far away from politics on HT as possible, but I can’t help but comment. That’s embarrassing.

Afaik - hatch act doesnt cover the president.Guess the Hatch Act is out the window.
Never said it did, but sure as shit does apply to agency heads.Afaik - hatch act doesnt cover the president.
It is pretty bush league though on a gov website. Sort of like the stimulus check branding.
This is why I quit putting in for PCMS.Opposite for me. Called Fort Carson wildlife and they said no access to hunting in my Colorado PCMS unit that was only going to be open weekends already. So almost 500.00 and 16 points down the shitter. So far Colorado says too bad if it isn't open. I'm not driving 18 hours solo to go fishing. Just unloaded hunting gear from truck and going on a 4 day trip to the UP instead.
