Good night of fishing

Hooked the boat up and fished for a few hours after work the other night. The fish were aggressive off the start before dying down and you needed to finesse them. Said I wasn’t going to keep any but had a hard time letting go perfect eaters like these!! Also caught one decent walleye that I let go as well

Nicely done! I can count on one hand how many times I've released a walleye (that wasn't legally required). They are such good table fare! Did you eat the cheeks?!

Yes I do. I also have started cutting the wings out of them

It’s good tastes like the rest of the fish. There is a few good bites of meat there so it’s worth the effort
