Also - bridge lake/ crow mtn area. I’ve heard the head of meatrack drainage is also good. I’ve only been over in that country on a goat hunt once but know over a dozen guys who’ve hunted it. I’d start at lambert and hunt before mid October.

Was with an experienced hunter who miffed on a real big goat the day we hunted on the head of lambert. Saw a real huge boar grizzly as well.

My aunts goat was on the NW side of the Pyramid. Bit of a bushwhack to get to from end of the road in Mill creek.

Nice pics, you know the game if you've followed this long enough. A slight introduction and maybe a story or two of the pics would be nice to hear to. Diggin the late bull in the snow and the shiras. Welcome to ht, there's been some great stories on here from that district all with pics and details. Advice from a "real" hunter.

I get it, that bull was in bow season a couple years back rained on us for three days then snowed two feet! Great hunt but tough for that time of year.

Sweet hunt, as far as advice goes mr. Miller and greeny I think have been to the area a couple times apiece I'd past attention to their input. (Well most of greenys input ). What kind of goat are you lookin for any goat? A real deal badass long hair Billy?
