Giving up a tag; any unit advice?

So I am not picking up my unit 18 archery bull tag (good news that there will be at least one leftover for some of you to fight over). Short story is I had one of those hunting buddy experiences. Thinking about hunting closer to home in the Palisades Zone. Anybody have any experience here. Usually only hunt diamond creek but want something new. Any suggestions? Thanks!
