Getting your bike ready

Saturday afternoon I took my bike to the shop who repaired it after my accident last year for a 10K service. Well they did not have a stock air filter so I bought my 1st piece of chrome and Mach2 , it's nice and looks good on the black bike plus on of my speakers was fried so I ended up getting a new set of Hog Tunes put in. WOW what a difference.
Just about ready for a couple long right rides this summer.
One to Ky to a friends wedding and later out to Sturgus with 3 friends ...but one week after the main even. I and my buddies are not into big crowds.We can eliminate some of the stress and enjoy yourself.

Picked up this 2011 FLHXSE2 (Street Glide CVO) just before the back doc got ahold of me (about 5 weeks ago). Waiting for a thumbs up from him to plan a memorial day New Mexico ride. The weather has been gorgeous here...

Dang man! I was looking at 2013 Street Glide, but I just can't bring myself to spend 21K on a bike, the yellow sure does appeal to me though.

considering getting back into trail biking. I need to find something in common with my 14 year old son. we are losing all connection with the kid. also considering paternity tests.

fired the Wide Glide up over the weekend, then put it back in the garage and fired up the mower!! lol. Turkey season puts me a little behind on stuff. I'll try to post a pic, but, here at work it doesnt seem to want to load pics for me.

Here is what the mew paint looks like.
09 FLHT standard. Ol Mans ride. With Black Diamond paint. I picked her up for 14 k and 2700 miles on her last year. ABS, 6 gears, cruse control. It's a lot nicer than the lil sporty I syarted oit with in 2011.
