Garmin Tempe thermometer?

I'm interested buying a lightweight thermometer for backpack hunting. Have any of you used the Garmin Tempe? It connects to your GPS via Bluetooth or something similar. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on it if you have used one.

Rectal? Lol, Otherwise I'dgo with an analogue one, save your battery. I have one that also had a compass on it. Accurate to within 3-5 degrees.
