Garmin Mini with Android?

I have a garmin Mini and I love it, the app works great on my Iphone and I like being able to text my wife from wherever.

Does anyone have a mini paired with an android... how does it work? Issues?

I have the full sized version paired with an Samsung 8s, no issues at all.

I recently set a fella up at work with his mini and an S8. It works fine, though ya never know with Androids.

I have had some minor issues early on with having to close the app and reopen to get messages to appear on my phone. That hasn't happened since last summer, though. That was on a Note8.

I have the older delorme model and pair it with an antiquated partially broken andriod and it works fine.
