With mixed feelings I offer for sale a very very nice full custom .375 H+H mag built circa 1970 on a Sako L61R action. Douglas air-gauged barrel, fine checkering, nice wood, deep bluing, exceptional fit and finish. rifle is unfired and in 100% perfect condition. I have been saving this rifle to take to Africa but find myself not able to afford the trip without selling the rifle. I suppose would rather hunt than own the rifle. $4,000.00 OBO. Please email me with questions

I can't see the pics. Sounds like a sweet rifle though, but I agree with you in that unless it gets leaned up against buffalo or something, it just isn't worth it. A CZ 550 is the most popular rifle among PHs, and you can get your hands on one for about 800 bucks.

What floor plate design does it have, assume a "sakolope." Is it the original plate to the sn and caliber. Would like to see pics when you get a chance.
