Stainless steel action. Put this together and just don’t use it much. Not sure what the round count is on the barrel. One marking on barrel is from vise during installation. If interested we would also work out deal for the tikka action wrench and viper barrel vise. Included targets, the image with 3 groups is 139’scenar other is 130 game changers.
