For sale is a used, but in great shape Big Agnes Fly Creek UL1 Tent. I used it twice for a total of 3 nights here in PA. One night in July and two nights in April. Selling it for $210 shipped.

It's a little wrinkled from being in storage for a couple years, but there is nothing wrong with it. No holes and all zippers work. It's in great condition. Does not come with footprint.

I'm not sure what a "footprint" is, but does it have a rain fly?

Yes. The rain fly is on is on it in the third picture of the tent setup. A footprint is basically an extra layer you can get to put under the tent to protect it from the ground.
