I fillet them cook in a skillet "blackened" with some caramelized onions. I have deep fried them, fried fish just doesn't agree with my stomach anymore, but taste great that way too. Everyone I have fixed them for love them.I've never eaten them before. How do you prepare them?
Love them. But they're tough, so you can't deep fry a whole fillet- chips cut against the grain are pretty decent, and cook really fast.No cat fish but the river perch aka drum were bitting. Does anyone eat these other than me?
