Fresh Peach Cobbler

Just took this small cobbler out of the oven; fresh South Carolina peaches and wild blackberries from the back of my property. Sinful, and would probably make Paula Deen jealous.:D

Oh man. That is not fair. Enjoy, but please, share the recipe with us. Mrs. Fin makes the most savory peach pie when she can find good ripe peaches (which is seldom in MT). That, warmed up, with some vanilla ice cream is one of the finer things life can provide.

I am sure this cobbler is at the top of the shelf when it comes to delicious.
 
I'd love to take the credit for the recipe but it came from a packet of purpose mixed flours. I drove 30 miles to the orchard store to get the peaches, and they are primo. My cousin has a recipe for a very large cobbler using Bisquick as the flour; she calls it "an acre of cobbler", and it is great. I'll try to get the recipe for that and you can scale it to your desired size
Fin, if those guys who live down by Grand Junction are worth their salt they should mail you some of those good Palisades peaches.
