I hope they win the super bowl this year! But I think MN will be in the mix, SF9ers offensive line didn’t handle the blitz very well in the 2nd half. And MN blitzes almost every other down

I don't know if this is why but they were reporting that the O line was violently ill this week. Mckivits said he hadn't eaten any sold food this week and was down a lot of weight. A few others said they were sick but gave no details.
Great game plan by the Washington to go after the o line considering and it was working.

I think I've been a vikings fan longer than most...beginning in 64. While the good start is better than a bad start, I won't get any hopes up, unless they have a large lead, late 4th qtr in the SB.
The defense plays very aggressively, which I enjoy watching. It is a high risk, high reward strategy. They seem to be getting the better of it, so far.
I think their quick start puts them into the playoffs, ultimately. The qb talent is not enough to scare any team. At 75 years old, I have accepted that the Vikings will not win the SB in my lifetime.
I'd be lying if I denied enjoying the Cowboys flaming out.

You are short, one game. Remember there are seventeen now.
I see them lucky to win even one more game, of the 4 remaining, in the n f c north. Then there are the Bills, Niners, Pats, and even the Panthers. Figure a surprise loss here and there, and they are a wild card, one and done. Go ahead and call me a pessimist.
Make it the two-minute warning with a lead of at least fifteen points. Then, maybe, I will believe.
And I have been a fan for at least that long, although you are older than me by a little. It was about that time when I went to the first of the only two vikings games I ever attended compliments of Ray Christensen, if you remember him as the announcer on WCCO radio. He was a neighbor, and his son was a good friend.
Somebody's gonna figure out how to jinx, them. And then it will become a formula. But I am pulling for them, and you never know. They always say the heart of every Superbowl champion is a great defense, but we've had great defenses going back to the Purple People Eaters, and still no Superbowl trophy.
I am with you on the Cowboys. They always get more attention than they deserve. And who could make a better villain as a team?
Let us just hope we get past Indianapolis. And nobody gets hurt.

You cannot deny JJ's impact on league valuation increase...the dude runs his own circus and makes consistent bank despite an underwhelming product.

If JJ is Jerry Jones and not McCarthy, i absolutely agree. But being impactful does not mean anything about whether he is good or bad. I suspect he might be very good for the League overall, just not so hot as a team owner, c.f. Robert Kraft for example.
But I don't think anyone would disagree that Jones is extremely impactful. Maybe if he was less impactful with the running of his own team, they would do better.
