I don't have a high opinion of our GM right now but given that i don't think he is that dumb! Worse than normal declining Rogers with all the drama--no thanks!

The vikings badly need--in no particular order:

- A new GM--or at least a new team evaluating draft picks. And a threat by the Wilfs to send Kam to the moon if he keeps picking up short term role players while giving up valuable draft picks (see the news Today? Thielen is gone, so KAM gave up that 4th round pick for a MUCH worse return--again).

- A new O line Coach (I don't think they are as bad as it appears) and some depth on the O line

- The Wilfs need to run KOC through some training in how to get a team to function in the face of a good rush--maybe starting with rudimentary work on 3 step drops/quick tosses and Screens that actually are functional (see again O line coach).

- The 2nd coming of Pat Williams in the middle--we ain't bad there but still can't stop short yardage runs and force punts very often.

- Harrison Smith to retire and be replaced by someone who can run. Sorry he's in the ring of honor for me but he's lost what he had in coverage and tackling speedier guys.

FWIW where will Thielen go? Love to see him with Mahomes or Josh Allen. He's lost a step or two but can still play and is a good blocker. Needs a guy that will hit him if he gets open.
