Did anyone else get the survey for the proposed rule changes? It looks like they're really considering going to a tag and report system down here and limiting overall annual antlered and antlerless harvest on a per hunter basis. I'm not opposed to the idea myself, but I'd be very curious how they plan to implement it since it's a big change. Many public WMA's currently limit the number of deer taken to a certain amount of bucks/does per hunter, per day.
