Film Permits

I've seen alot of talk about film permits being expensive in Montana, but what about other states along the Rocky Mtn front. What about Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho? Do you still have to have film permits in those states for commercial filming on public land? Not finding much info.

The land agency usually is the one controlling special use permits.
