I see several nice deer in the area I hunt. It is hard to tell if they will be large antlered. I can never tell with velvet. I think July is the best month to spot early season whitetail bucks casually living their best lives.

I know a guy who lives in Missouri.
He actually only shoots small animals, so you might be able to clean up his bigger stuff.

I saw a couple good ones a mile or so from your place last week.

Almost certainly be a whitetail tag for me this year which will basically guarantee I see a stalk able mule deer while I’m elk hunting

Caught this guy behind the house in June. He was much bigger in the yard tonight. No pic. I'm hoping Miss T will tag him this fall. She has been kind of meh about punching a tag, but saw him tonight and said, "Ooooh!!" Pretty big excited words for an ultracool 16 Y.O.
