I hunt out of a small cabin/ shack at our camp. We hunt in the morning then in the evening generally. I usually precook something like chili that I can reheat if I need a quick dinner on an evening I shoot something and get out of the woods late. I also
Keep things like steaks, salad and canned beans/ veg around as they can be cooked or heated quickly.
That all said I sometimes am at camp for several weeks so I try and cook from scratch mostly. Lots of cajun type recipes like jambalaya, gumbos and rice and gravy type stuff. I work in some fresh venison recipes like tacos. I am sometimes feeding 5-10 guys so big one or two pot dinners are normal.
We will be smoking some this year with our new smoker. I hope I can get used to it quick so I can load up the smoker and have dinner ready when we get back from the evening hunt.
I eat sandwiches, leftovers or boudin for lunches. The guys are on their own for lunch.
Its too hard to get everyone together for lunch.
Good Camp dinners are my tradition developed over three decades of hunting out of permanent camps. If you ever seen the show Duck Camp Dinners thats about the atmosphere. All part of my outdoor lifestyle.

I like to make sausage grave and put in a vacuum seal bag, in another I do the biscuits. Boil some water to heat bags, cut top off gravy bag and crumble biscuits in. No dishes except sport, and if needed you have hot water for a second cup of coffee or in a thermos for your glassing point.
We have a really nice cabin with a full kitchen so do some great meals.
Crockpot stuff is nice so it's done when we return; chili, ham & beans, split pea soup, venison stew, etc.
One member always does a big fried chicken dinner on night with taters, gravy and all the trimmings.
Tater tot casserole
Venison pot pie
Stir fry on rice
Meat loaf with mushroom gravy is one members specialty
Taco salads
Italian venison sandwiches

Pork chow mien, elk stroganoff, and breakfast burrito mix vac bagged and frozen for dinners this year.
Grocery store party sub will break out to 4 lunches for the first 4 days. I'll also do a grocery store take and bake pizza precooked and sliced up in a ziplock in the cooler. I can eat cold pizza just about any time so add that in for lunches or as needed.
Bagel with creamcheese and oatmeal for breakfast + protein shake with yogurt and fruit preblended and in containers to pour into the shaker bottle. Still trying out different things for AM caffeine intake. Instant coffee is pretty bad if I have any alternatives.
I'll take some freeze dried meals too in case they're needed. I don't like the amount of time and set up needed to do much cooking in hunt camp. But I'll throw a few things in if I think grouse are a decent possibility.

I made a curry with wild game, some stir fry veggies and minute rice. Turned out really good and was pretty easy.

I did freezer bags of red curry with rice. Worked well.
