Everything but elk

Haven't seen any elk yet but feel like we are getting close. Found a bunch of sign today that was probably couple days old but no elk sighting. We did however walk up on 3 bull moose that were bedded down in a drain leading into a small meadow. They had everything around the meadow broke and racked up and bites taken out of a bunch of the trees around. Rain set in and we headed back to the truck.

Found a dead head today probably shot in the last couple weeks. More sign looks to be old as well. Did some glassing on a couple ridges watching some mule deer. Another day in the books and tomorrow a new one
