Endurance Warranty

Anyone have any experience with them? I would like to get coverage on our two cars (19 traverse and 16 ram). Had a terrible experience with car shield and would like to avoid another headache. They quoted me their Elite plan for 235 a month total. Will take any feedback or experience you have had!

Don't do it...

I have had them for about 9 months and filed 1 claim for a part that was covered under my policy. They denied it saying there was probably a leaking gasket that caused it... the part was a high pressure fuel pump that is a sealed part that can't be taken apart.

They denied the claim, I appealed it 2 times and they still won't do anything. I filed a complaint with the DOC and THEN they reached out trying to make things right. They offered me a full refund, but wanted me to sign a gag order to never speak about my experience. I declined, gave them 3 options that would work for me. No response, so I filed for arbitration this week. Upon the consumer filing in a case like this they are almost instantly hit with $3k-$7k in legal fees. It cost me $225 to file, and I'll self represent. I don't care about the coverage anymore, I've disputed the charges on my card and won't be charged anymore.

PM me if you want more info on them. It's not an ideal situation to be in, but its going to cost them a hell of a lot more than me.

those outfits are corrupt,,better off making your own savings acct for car maintenance,,they will try to deny your claim for the slightest thing,unlike the tv commercials

You're better off putting 235 away every month, and saving it, then to waste your money on them. There are a ridiculous amount of horror stories out there. It's a scam.

Extended warranties are taught in business school as the biggest scam out there. As others have pointed out, save your money into a separate account instead.

Yes. I think of it this way: if buying a warranty had a greater than 50% chance of paying off for the customer, that means they have a less than 50% chance of being profitable for the company offering the warranty. What company would offer that?

Don't waste your money. If you look at the contract the list of exclusions is significant. They use that to deny claims. Not worth the cost or headache.

@SilentKid0423 we have an aftermarket warranty on my wife's vehicle.When she gets home i'll find out what company it is.I don't think it's endurance, but they have been great to deal with so far. We've used it twice now.

wow, I was skeptical before but now I’m convinced it isn’t worth it. At least I know now and not months or years down the line with them denying claims. I appreciate all the feedback from everyone!
