Don't do it...
I have had them for about 9 months and filed 1 claim for a part that was covered under my policy. They denied it saying there was probably a leaking gasket that caused it... the part was a high pressure fuel pump that is a sealed part that can't be taken apart.
They denied the claim, I appealed it 2 times and they still won't do anything. I filed a complaint with the DOC and THEN they reached out trying to make things right. They offered me a full refund, but wanted me to sign a gag order to never speak about my experience. I declined, gave them 3 options that would work for me. No response, so I filed for arbitration this week. Upon the consumer filing in a case like this they are almost instantly hit with $3k-$7k in legal fees. It cost me $225 to file, and I'll self represent. I don't care about the coverage anymore, I've disputed the charges on my card and won't be charged anymore.
