I know Randy did u video on this subject, looks like our Governor is trying to save it ! Havnt had time to read the whole plan. And what is proposed. Just thought I'd post the latest update

I hope she can pull it off,,she is outnumbered 2 to 1 on the land board and needs all the support we can give towards keeping the Elliot public.
