Elk Help for Unit 43 Idaho

Hey guys I have a friend at work that drew this tag. It starts on Saturday, Oct. 15th. I've never really been in the unit hunting much but it sounds like they don't give many tags out, 90 I think. Does anyone have any information they are willing to give so I can relay at it to my buddy. I may go up on Sunday to help him with his elk and also do a little deer hunting.

i am in the neighboring unit 48 this year and there are some elk. i am being a little picky myself. but my dad and brother drew there four or five years back and they saw lots of cows and 0 bulls but that was then. things always change
