Eberlestock Gunrunner Pack

Anyone have one of these and willing to share a mini review? I am looking for a day pack that has a rifle scabbard and the gunrunner looks like it may be the best option out there.

I use the X1 for most of my hunts and really like it. The scabbard is nice when hiking in the dark but I always carry my gun in hand after shootin time. I couldn't see going a lot smaller than the X1 for a day pack. I'll try to post up some picks if I get a chance.

Thanks for your response Summit. Might sound like a strange question, have you ever ran while wearing your X1 with a rifle in the scabbard? Comfortable?

I have used the mini me which is similar but slightly smaller than the gunrunner. Yes you can run with a rifle in the scabbard. I like the looks of the gunrunner.

I have an x2 with the scabbard attached via the molle on the pack I like being able to convert between the bow carrier and the rifle scabbard.
