That sounds really steep to me,,,,,maybe rip off steep. If you are really set on hunting the Durfee Hills,,,I'd check out flight service prices from Billings or Great Falls.

You can spend way less than $1500 on gas while scouting over the summer/fall and find yourself much much better places to hunt that won’t require a helicopter to access.
