I have a large dog bed for my large golden retriever (90 lbs). Ive bought numerous slip covers but he always chews them up. Latest one was denim. Arrived this afternoon and he already has holes in it. Any recommendations for a durable dog bed?

K9 ballistics stopped my shorthairs tearing up beds.
Had a grizz take one off the deck, tore up some but not shredded.

I have a yellow lab and he destroyed a couple. He sleeps outside though. I built him a cozy doghouse and discovered straw works quite well! Probably not an option for an indoor dog though lol

These have worked pretty good for us. Dog cant chrw them really. They have different sizes. Gun dog supply is a great place to buy from, great customer service ime.

Mine only comes in on the few nights it gets in the twenties here. I put a heating pad under the hard plastic bottom of the kennel. It appears to keep it satisfied. You can get a hard plastic heated pad made for dogs to sleep on. Mine will chew on electric cords, so it'll never get one.

Yup !! we use those too.

2 canvas models from TSC for Dotti. One on the porch and one in her giant cage kennel. Both unchewed.
She did eat up a fleece blanket model...when she was a puppy.
She sleeps in the house and is on the couch looking out the window now....the couch is in the house.
You guys are monsters.......................................LOL She also has at least a dozen bones .....in the house.
