Interestingly enough, when
@BigHornRam started that thread he mentioned how NC and SC were at opposite ends of the spectrum. But somehow his map showed NC with a net gain. And he apologized and said my bad I thought I saw it as a loss. Your map shows it as a loss. Somewhere a map was changed.
