Wow, I love shooting multiple deer at a time but I`m always mad at myself when it`s time to start the work. My deer are 140-160 lbs....those elk, well, are not! Can`t imagine getting those to the truck even if it was close to the road!

We hiked 10 miles in the snow Saturday just to see elk right at dark down by the truck. I need to take lessons from you oak !! Congrats .

My girlfriend had a double yesterday. Her first elk, followed up by her first deer. She was guided by Pat, and he did a perfect job. It was a great morning of hunting.

Shoveled the snow out of the ditch and backed down into it, 'cause I was already chained up. Dropped the gate and it rested on top of the snow before being fully extended. Pushed and pulled them down the bank until they were both in. Wish I would have snapped a couple of photos.
