Grew up in Alberta where old-school country was forced upon me. That stuff makes me puke. I’m a big fan of the New Age country stuff like Morgan Wallen, Chris Stapleton etc.

modern country music is like modern politics. The record companies (big money) control what is out there and there is a few singers who are willing to put there name on anything, others are only willing to perform what they believe in and never achieve the radio air time as others even though their music is arguably better.

Hudson westbrook has some good ones that he writes and as everyone else is saying HARDY is a big hitter aswell but on a scale of one to five I would half to go in this order
