Developing Loads for the .25-6.5PRC

Hard to tell just from the picture other than the obvious coloration changes. Are you positive its the back of the neck that is fitting tight and not the shoulders?
Good point. No, I wouldn't say I'm absolutely certain it isn't the shoulders but I am full-length resizing. I might pick up a cartridge gauge to test that.

Checked 50 freshly loaded rounds in a Hornady cartridge gauge. 20ish were visibly long, the rest seat just fine. All were full-length sized with cam-over. Based on the thread below, I probably need a shorter shellholder. Any other ideas?

I'd see if you can "cam over harder" yet by screwing the die in a bit more first. If that doesn't do it, shorter shell holder or a little material removed off the die body.

Field update: can confirm the 95gr. HHT at 3485fps will wear out Alabama whitetail does. Two this evening: one dropped where she stood at about 225 yard, another wobbled a few steps and pitched over at 245ish.
