Deer mount done already!

Ok, it is a whitetail, but it looks great...not a huge guy, got talked into mounting it. It looks great, my taxi did an awesome job...lots of detail...I am impressed again.

Not sure why you seem apologetic about posting a whitetail.Seems like a fine deer to me, and a bowkill.Great pic,though if you are going to add munchies why not spice it up a bit and add some "spikey,medicinal,type growth".THAT would fit Montana just right.Good job on the bowkill.

Thanks guys, he did a great job on this...I was not sure he could beat lastyears mule deer, but I am very happy...here is one he did for me lastyear..

I put the wine rack in that for the wife...hoping she would not notice any of the new bone in the house!!!

I got a call from my taxidermist on Jan 1,wanting my horns back for the mounting.Picked up my whitetail in mid February.Cash speaks.
