Man, that is awesome. I can’t wait to get my daughter started. She’ll be two next month, and is still incredibly spazzy. I think it’ll be a few more years untold she’s mature enough to understand the gravity of the situation and be safe, even with me right there guiding her. What was the process for you getting your boy started?

What was the process for you getting your boy started?

I started him with some Nerf guns and taught him not to point or shoot at things we don't want hurt or broken....people, pets, houses, cars, etc...if mistakes were made, nobody was hurt but he knew he made a mistake. I let him have his first Nerf gun when he was about as old as your daughter. I think they are excellent tools to use to teach gun safety. We are still working on trigger discipline and keeping his finger outta the trigger guard, but he's doing well for his age. Plus, Nerf guns are good fun lol
