I live down the road from Montana Canvas and had them do a custom boat cover for my raft. Great quality, however I do believe you are paying a premium for their name. Purchased a Davis wall tent last year. Excellent quality and even better customer service. I’ll be buying from Davis again.

I’ve had both, and I would highly recommend Davis. I’ve lived in my Davis for 5-7 months a year and has held up amazing well.

No regrets with my Davis tent. I do like it better than the Montana and Reliable tents a couple friends have.

Gonna give you a third option - RD Bussard and Sons, in Albany, Oregon. They've been building tents for a long time - the cycle is usually they build a a season's worth for rentals, and the renters end up purchasing them. I've owned one (mine was an 18th Century style Markee, tho), have friends that have owned them, they are well made.
