I think nobody should qualify for any federal tax deductions or credits unless they vote. Or even impose a penalty if one does not vote. Show up and vote "abstain" if you want, but everyone should vote. I'm also not totally against some form of ID required, but passports are ridiculous. Only international travelers can vote?

Some hunters like to hunt several states each fall. Good Democrats vote in several states every couple of years. It all evens out.

I just have to double check which passport goes with each state.
