It makes sense since we don't have the stones to make game ranching illegal in this country. I sent the article to some deer researcher friends. I'm interested to here what they say.

It'd be one thing if it was to prevent spread from captive farms (even though I'd like it if there were no captive farms), but to just reimburse them for their losses is ridiculous.
