Crane Recipes?

Just wondering anyone have good recipes to try on crane, hear ribeye of the sky, so I wanna try it?

There out frigging standing...
I put them on my gas BBQ in a tin pan, covered with tin foil.
I make chokecherry BBQ sauce out of KC BBQ and chokecherry jelly I mix it 1/2 and 1/2 with a little bacon grease.
DON'T overcook it. It tastes nothing like goose or swan closer to beef in flavor. If you have time and a smoker it's good smoked too.
