Countertop Freeze Dryer

[MThuntr]

Looks like Harvest Right now makes a countertop version of their freeze dryer. I've seen several videos already and it looks like a winner for someone who does a little bit of meal prep but doesn't have the space for their larger units. Plus they have green. Might be time to ask Santa for an early Christmas gift

We have a larger model from 2 years ago.
My wife has dried everything you can imagine.
Love having the thing. We put months worth of dried food/snacks into (3) 27 gallon totes.

I don't really have a reason to get one as a single person but it would be fun to freeze dry stupid things like pickles and fruit

I think they would be nice to have but I just can't justify the price for how much I think I would use it.
