could have shot that 7x8 sunday

i could have shot that 7x8 i have been chasing the tag for three years now sunday.
I was deer hunting and ran into him again surprizingly for the first time this year.
i walked up on him to 25 yards befor i spotted him. he was tearing up the trees and never spotted me.
i waiched him for 15 to 20 min while he destroyed a tree
i carried my camra all season trying to get a pic of him then didn't have it with me this time.
i was so tore up at the sight that after he left i went back to the truck and headed home
about 500 yards down the road he ran across in front of me i grabed the camra and got one pic but its blurry. here it is anyhow

he is easy to tell its him he isn't yellow he is chocolet brown. he is darker than any elk i have ever seen.
even his rump patch is different then the rest the elk.
