Here's the photo taken about 15 miles west of Challis. The flash on the camera caused the reflection in the cat's eyes.

It was Taken by one of Our INspectors out on a Job site.... Prety cool eh ?

Ask any houndsman and they'll all tell you it's a 9 footer.

I've never heard of a hound guy catching a lion that WASN'T 9 foot long and 200+ lbs.

We got boat loads of em here in the Peoples Republic of Kaliforina, ever since the bunny huggers made it illigal to hunt them. Most of em are way smaller than that, avarge about 90 to 100 lbs.

I have been very fortunate to have seen 6 cougars in the Blue Mountains near where I live in Walla Walla. I shot the 6th. 100# 3.5 year old female. Beautiful rug and great sausage. Rufous.
