Looking for a cooking gadget for the brother in law for Christmas. Any ideas? Trying to stay under $50.
He has a smoker, pellet grill, charcoal grill. He likes to cook outdoors a lot.

If he already has an sous vide immersion cooker you could always get him a Searzall torch for putting a great sear on your food.

Also, in the spirit of a "gift for you for him" you could get him a cool chunk of meat to cook. I love ordering wagyu style beef from Bolners Meat Market in San Antonio but unfortunately they are currently closed from the 'rona. Whether locally sourced or ordered from a mail order company, nothing says "I love you, Man" like a gift of dry aged american cow.

A lot of excellent suggestions here! Most of what I thought of has been mentioned. If they like a nice drink to go with that food, then you could also add some nice ice moulds or drink shaker set.
