colorado unit 76 3rd rifle deer

has anyone hunted unit 76 for deer in 3rd rifle? I am sitting on 6pts and ready to use them. unit looks promising quality wise but hard to hunt. Hopefully the november 2-10 dates help some to get a few bucks rutty.

Are you a res or non res? I have looked at 76 for early season deer but never late season. I know when checking the DAU there are not a lot of deer in that DAU compared to some others I looked at.

I hunted it in 2nd season in 2017. I got a 2 1/2 year old buck on the 4th day. There are very few deer in this unit. Most of it burned a few years ago. The habitat is good, but there is apparently not enough winter range to fill up the high country. I wouldn't hold out for a trophy, but good success can be had by the very few with a tag.
