Hunting unit 22 Colorado 3 rd season tips and pointers

I used 12 points to draw unit 22 Colorado 3rd season. I hunted there about 11 years ago for elk when my buddies hunted deer and they did very well. My understanding it’s changed a lot, some land leased up from oil company for outfitters etc. Unfortunately I think the heard is down but there has to be a few good bucks 170+ some were. Just wondering on any advice we’re to camp that late in the year and if the deer will be north or south in that unit on 3rd season. Not looking for exact locations. Just some help. Many thanks.
