I will be taking my grandson Aug 27th to Colorado GMU 191 and 8, he is a first time hunter, age 13 on a youth license. Does anyone have any suggestions/guidance or good hunting areas for seeing deer in the Red Feather Lakes region ? I would like him to be in an area where we can see deer, not looking for a trophy buck, just want to teach him, and maybe harvest a Doe.
