Colorado season dates ?

Can anyone explain to me how COs seasons are structured?
I believe the start date moves forward one day each year, very similar to how they do here in Oregon.

My question is what do they go off of and when would they move back a week?

There is a 5-year season structure in place that shows the dates. The current one is for 2015-2019. Look it up to see the dates. I believe the 2020-2024 season structure will be released this summer.

Colorado does a 5 year season release. It's not that they move it forward or back a day each year, they align their seasons to start and end on a weekend (sat through the next sunday)
