I was reading on another site how Colorado is going to let you bank your points and cut the nonresident licence to 20% in units that require 5 points to draw. I looked on the Colorado web site and couldn't find anything about it. Does anyone know if it is there and I can't find it or is there someplace else I can go to read about it?
