Colorado App Charge Question

I applied for elk and deer in Colorado last week and my wife just looked at our bank account and called me to verify the charges on the account were made by me. She said it didn't have a name on there. But that the phone number went back to California fish and game and not Colorado. Does anybody know why this would be the case?

It shows up as "ACT*COHF prod INTERNET".

Maybe the company they use for processing is out of California?
