“Cold Shot” of the Day ‘25

I think the draught is getting to me, as long as im inside the barn no problem then.

The vineyard may have a gained an arrow today. I was sitting on the couch, shooting out the front of this cabin. My target is really too small for taking shots like that and being 10-12" off means you miss the whole target. It'll be my first lost arrow of the year - if I can't find it. I did crack the bottle of wine and was blown away considering how shriveled up those grape trestles look, but it's 2023 bottle. Hopefully foreshadowing for my elk hunt. If I find the arrow, i'll be sure to snap a "cold shot" pic. :ROFLMAO: It might be stuck in that damn tree on the left of the pic above.
 
Cold shot was left this AM in about 10 mph wind, with totally wobbled out practice arrows. Quiver is full of perfectly staight spinning arrows - 4 exodus and 2 whack’ems. Red vanes have Halo nocks. Elk season opens in 3 days. Distance was 131 yards (top of my bubble level) when cranked all the way down.

I could do the 31 but that 1 number on the front i couldnt see that far, lol.
I might have to buy a compound now.
