Co Unit 3 Mule Deer 2nd Rifle

I just picked up a unit 3 tag for second rifle and was worried about the crowds given the number of tags and OTC elk hunters. If anyone has some areas they liked and allowed you to get away from the legions please PM me. Probably will only get 2 days to hunt. Thanks for any help you may have.

I’ve got the 3rd season tag in the same unit. From all the information I’ve read, it sounds like it can be fairly crowded. Have you checked out the Colorado hunting atlas? It has one layer you can add that shows the BLM roads. Also look into some of the STL’s that don’t allowed motorized vehicles.
